1/4 cup soy protein powder (about 24 grams of soy protein)

6 - 8 ounces of strawberry soymilk

1/2 to 1 cup ice cubes or crushed ice

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 cup strawberries unsweetened frozen or fresh

1/2 banana


Place the ingredients in a blender and whirl until smooth.
